 Alicia brings a distinctive blend of technical expertise, organizational strategy, and people-centered leadership to The Children’s Gallery Chicago. With a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Kingston University London and postgraduate experience at Royal Holloway, University of London, Alicia has spent over a decade building and refining operational systems that prioritize clarity, efficiency, and care.

Her background spans information security, digital media usability, and organizational communications, and her work has consistently focused on how technology and structure can strengthen community-serving institutions. As TCGC’s Director of Operations, Alicia oversees logistics, program implementation, and administrative infrastructure across multiple sites—ensuring that each art studio, pop-up, and partnership runs with precision and purpose.

Alicia’s approach to operations is deeply relational: she believes that behind every successful system are the people it’s meant to serve. Whether managing budgets, optimizing workflow, or supporting teaching artists, she approaches every detail as part of a larger creative ecosystem—one where innovation, equity, and collaboration guide the work forward.
